Just tried it on various images as I am a photographer and often post images online that are watermarked for my own protection. So in fact this software was a concern to me as it is designed to remove evidence of my own copyright on an image.

I never thought I'd say this but I'm pleased to say it did not remove the watermark very well indeed as it tended to leave a "mess" behind where the watermark had been.

Having said that, for those not owning or wanting to spend FOREVER learning Photoshop CS5, this offers an excellent tool a a selection "healer" of small damaged areas of photographs or small areas that need some kind of cloning tool.



As a "Watermark Remover"... 0/10

...as watermarks are for a reason. This purpose is very "suspect" and also potentially unsound from a legal point of view in certain cases as it seeks to remove evidence of owners copyright.


As a "smart cloning / healing tool"... 7/10

...Not quite as powerful as CS5 but a TINY FRACTION of the price and very simple to use.

very disappointing, the output image lost quality for starter and the area around and where the stamp was removed is stand out. If stamp background is of the same color and shape (like the grass) the result is nearly passing, but if the background varies, the output image is useless. hate to point the obvious but you get much better results with Photoshop, because with the correction stamp you can get the desired size, shape and choose smaller parts of the original to adjust to stamp. it will not be in one go but the output result will be lostless and mcuh much better

#4, Norton is like a crazed prison warden, it won't let you do much of anything. It was good long ago but not anymore. I stopped using it years ago. Google it and you will read some horror stories about Norton software.

Wow! I clicked on the home page for this program and watched the demo and kept thinking this simply had to be 'too good to be true'.

But nope! It downloaded/installed/registered easily and even better, it actually works and works well!

Simplicity itself to install and register, on opening a very functional interface was presented.
Having viewed the demo video, which with its homogeneous background presented no challenge, I decided to do a real test.
A photograph of a yacht club was downloaded and a watermark was placed over the masts on the skyline.
To remove the watermark I selected the area and the colour of the watermark expecting the latter to help.
On removal of the watermark the masts were removed also, a most unsuccessful outcome.
It is no better or worse than similar programs, however, the methods of selection presented are more varied than most, a slight advantage.
I would not be willing to pay such a high price for this program.

After you registered the program it is necessary to close it and then reopen it for it to show it has been registered. Possibly that is your problem.
