Hmmmm...If I'm not wrong this company, based in China (China?? Huh again? hmmm what a funny coincidence....LOL!!), stole the proprietary database and intellectual property of the award-winning FREE antispyware Malwarebyte's Antimalware some time ago....

stay away from iobit. i liked their previous gaotd offering so much that i bought the upgrade. 2-3 months prior to the end of my pd term, the program reverted to the free version. when that happened, it royally screwed up my system, making it quite unstable.
Reports "problems" if their other bloatware -- ASC & Fast Defrag -- isn't installed. Press the Fix button and it installs this crap.
All that MIGHT be tolerable if this offering actually did something. Sadly, it doesn't

So ... basically this is scamware from yet ANOTHER Chinese company to put their other bloatware on your system ... and make you pay for it.

Beware of what it finds!!!!!, after a 1/2 full scan of a 250gig Dell windows 8 Pro system it detected that 3 of my legit software programs were maleware which one of them was my TomTom lifetime maps update program, another one was my download manager, amother that it found was 21 funmoods which is my Dell Webcam software, so take care of what you let it repair, some of your programs may not work afterwards, if your not sure leave it alone, I consider this software to be very dangerous for the common computer user!!!!!

Sicuramente i tuoi commenti sono interessanti, ma qui non si sta discutendo di dove sia la sede legale della Iobit o se eventualmente siano perseguibili o meno o degli hacker cinesi.
Io ho l'impressione che la tua sia un'illazione, cioè vuoi lasciar intendere che "chissà che dietro gli hacker cinesi ci siano anche gli autori di iobit?" Boh...
cmq io ho usato il prodotto, non mi ha MAI dato problemi di nessunissimo tipo (e ti assicuro che il mio pc è molto bene equipaggiato anche per monitorare eventuali interferenze o intrusioni esterne) quindi io lo consiglio. Poi volevo chiederti: tu "passi" solo perchè la sede di iobit è in cina? o "passi" perchè hai provato il programma e non lo trovi soddisfacente?...questo è il punto.

@DON: anche l'Italia e' famosissima nel mondo ....non solo per pizza e spaghetti ma pure per mafia, camorra, ndrangheta, frodi alimentari, truffe, tasse da ladri, corruzione, ecc, ecc...... eppure pretendiamo che ci rispettino (chi? bah....vabbe)
IOBIt e' una azienda (cinese, americana, cosacca.....e chi se ne frega!) che sviluppa programmi interessantissimi e molto efficienti
E questo antimalware e' di livello molto buono.....anche se rimango dell'idea che sia sempre meglio l'antimalware di Malwarebytes che inoltre e' freeware.....
Questo di IObit si installa e attiva senza alcun problema (si mettono la mail e qualche dato, si preme su RICHIEDI LICENZA e arriva subito in mail il codice da incollare e attivare.

precisazione sulla mia prima nota. Il commento -il n.2- interessante nel sito inglese-USA è di un certo 'Giovanni', ma altri commentatori aggiungono altre osservazioni interessanti sulla compagnia. Il mio inglese non è alto ma abbastanza per decidere che oggi, io "passo"....
naturalmente leggerò - forse - il mio commento domani, perchè ora, alle ore 23,00, ancora non appaiono commenti sullo spazio italiano. in piena sintonia con l'efficienza del Paese ....

per fortuna c'è il forum americano molto attivo dove si mette in guardia tutti (commento n.3) sul fatto che la Iobit ha sede legale in China (avete letto delle azioni di hacker-incursioni cinesi in USA e non solo?) e sulla non persegubilità della casa produttrice. Sempre nel forum vengono proposte alternative e altri numerosi commenti (anche pro). Nella Suite italiana invece se non è mezzanotte non si può leggere alcun commento. Come mai?

un ottimo programma. Lo uso da tempo. Usavo dapprima la versione free poi sono passato a quella PRO e sono soddisfatto. Non mi ha mai dato nessun problema di compatibilità con il firewall (comodo) o con l'antivirus (avira) tutti e tre attivi contemporaneamente sul pc.
Non lo trovo un programma pesante o invasivo o succhia risorse.
