Here are some questions.
1. Why does the USB threats page of the company cited above not list any actual threats? It talks in generalities without giving any real details. For example, what is the difference between a USB virus and "regular viruses"? Aren't they the same with just a different launch vector? Or how does a USB virus that has already infected your system (that this program claims it can heal) differ from a downloaded virus that has infected your system?
2. Why does the company publish a checklist of features against two unnamed programs again with no specifics? I'm quite ready to believe that one company's scanning engine can catch different malware than another's, but I won't trust a company that doesn't cite specific malware it caught that other specific products missed.
3. Why does a company have to resort to scare tactics, like "most dreaded viruses", "USB menaces" and "SOME REALITIES YOU MUST FACE - THE TRUTH"?
4. Why does the company's About page say "ArzooSoft Solutions has also won many prestigious awards for its products" without actually naming any awards or having an Awards page? Yes, the Home page does show three awards badges, one from Softpedia that basically just says the software doesn't contain malware (whoopie!) and two badges from sites I've never heard of -- and none of the badges actually link to reviews on those sites.
5. Why can't a company hire a proofreader to correct blatant grammatical and spelling flaws? Would you trust a company whose professional Web site doesn't look better written than your typical spam E-mail?
6. Does a company representative who says "Instead of just commenting on your general knowledge, it would be excellent if you could try the product, I am sure the rest of the world who have evaluated and bought this product are not duffers," sound like they're trying to get you to blindly install a product? Shouldn't their Web site give you enough details to evaluate whether or not the product is useful? And how should we try the product? Unless we already have a virus that this happens to detect, should we put one on a USB device and try to launch it? Please.
These are just some questions to consider before trusting a company.

Scusate OT … ma ci tenevo a postare questo ultimo messaggio.
Visti i continui insulti, minacce e offese verso gli utenti e le persone che frequentano questo sito da parte di questo personaggio (Fiorella), ho deciso di non postare più nessun ulteriore commento… fino a quando la situazione (forse) non si sistemerà.
Mi limiterò semplicemente a scaricare il software del giorno se lo riterrò utile… naturalmente tralasciando i commenti.
Rispetto la scelta fatta da Wot@n di sospendere anche il Topic riguardante i programmi free alternativi al software del giorno… (… ma molto probabilmente, visto la scarsa frequentazione del forum italiano, nessuno si è accorto di questo).
Invito “Fiorella” (alias Uruk) di smetterla con questa farsa … il cui intento ormai è ben chiaro.
Ti assicuro che quello che stai tentando di fare … si trasformerà in un “Boomerang” che ti colpirà.
Invito tutti a NON postare dati sensibili (come possono essere le WHOIS) … che verebbero utilizzate da questo personaggio per raggiungere i PROPRI SCOPI.
Questo personaggio non da “niente per niente” …vuole raggiungere solo i suoi scopi…. molti questo l’hanno finalmente capito.
Semplicemente fate finta che NON ESISTA e non assecondate i suoi insulti e le “sue richieste”…. IGNORATELO.
Infine quoto Wot@n per quanto riguarda il forum italiano … se veramente la gente volesse … il forum italiano potrebbe diventare il “centro dei commenti” sul software offerto… potrebbe offrire anche maggiori aiuti agli utenti … e non solo sul software proposto.

Vi pagano per pubblicizzare un programma di ritocco immagine? (Gimp) Non capisco perchè solo noi Italiani scriviamo cacchiate e gli altri sono seri. Ma se ci pensi bene non c'è da stupirsi.... da noi trsmissioni come il GF sono arrivate alla 50° edizione ecc..... indice di grande livello culturale, ma vabbè. Questo è riferito a tutti e non a una sola persona. Perchè non siamo seri e non ci comportiamo in maniera corretta come gli altri?
Riferito al programma, questo software potrebbe essere utile per sistemi win (ovvio che linux non ha virus, mac non so dicono che stanno uscendo, boo). Potrebbe essere una sicurezza ulteriore, ma chi ha a cuore la sua sicurezza e oltre all'ovvio Antivirus e antimalware ecc... DEVE aver installato l'anti-rootkit (GMER e altri) cos'è un anti-rootkit usiciti da win XP in poi?? Peggio dei virus normali che si fondono nei servizi di win offuscando la loro esistenza nel cuore di win. Se ha installato tutto questo un softare del genere non serve, ma magari per i PC degli altri. Grazie Give a way of the day.
