From their read me file:
"Please note that the program operates through the cloud and isn't installed on the computer."
Actually only a short cut to their web site is in your computer. The download is only for the USB drive only.
If your computer is not broken, do not use it, it will make your computer worst or useless. I know, I tried it before.

I selected the "create a bootable CD/USB" option, whereupon the installed initiated a download of totally unknown (to me) size. Ten minutes later, it is still actively downloading and the progress bar simply keeps cycling as opposed to showing any kind of true proportional progress. As I am operating on an expensive capped/metered connection, this could end badly by consuming all my available data allowance (and possibly failing in the process, requiring a complete restart after topping up my account?) or using up a lot more of my prepaid data volume than I would have agreed to, had I known up front. Is the download 1MB? 100MB? 1GB? the downloaded file(s) have not created any folder in Downloads or in the root directory, so there is no easy reference to see how much is already there. This is very significant information for many of us and should have been spelled out up front!!

Unlike many a clean / optimize / revive / and-render-immortal software developer out there, this relatively new company has provenance and pedigree. It has already debuted on GOTD, at which time the level of developer / user interaction was so voluminous that I did wonder if it was less a giveaway, more a full-on beta test (but that's a minor criticism.)
Independent of GOTD, I have had cause to look at LikeNEWPC because its core notion of making a genuine rather than snake-oil attempt to sort out a seriously ailing computer is actually a new approach in and of itself. Nothing that I found led me to query the developer's integrity or intentions.
I would, however, commend every potential user to read what today's developer has to say about today's offered product. The key phrase is this:
"LikeNEWPC automates complex and low level repairs so even novices can FIX disabled, badly infected and slow computers." (My emphasis.)
In other words: this is less an over-hyped sticking plaster for a minor wound or passing irritant, more an ambulance to be called upon in the event of critical ill-health -- almost a hospitalization, in fact, one which, like most hospitalizations, not only necessitates invasive procedures but also, as likely as not, further dialog betwixt developer and user. After all: no two patients are ever the same, and nor are two computers, either.
On which basis then, if you do have a computer that is disabled, badly infected and slow (I'd actually qualify that last with the adjective "seriously" slow) and have reluctantly decided that it has reached the end of its working life, then this software is an option worthy of consideration.
If your computer is not, however, terminally ill, then I wouldn't recommend it -- nor, I suspect, would the developer.
