The blurb above says

But the version supplied is the Home version which says no commercial use

How does that tie up with the blurb for this sites users?
Where are the images stored when the URL is created, your site is not clear on this. Also the following from http://www.jetscreenshot.com/terms.php does not fill me with confidence to use this for business purposes.

•We may remove your content from our server at any time without any confirmation

Was so surprised by your comment that I decided to test SnagIt7 on Win7; I didn't test every aspect but had no problems capturing using the SnagIt 7 program.
Possibly your problem is something to do with a Windows setting or your hardware.
Win7 users don't be put off it may be worth giving it a try.

You can use the 'prt sc' button on your keyboard to copy the screen to the clipboard. 'ctrl v' will paste it anywhere you like. Why pay £10 for this programme which just gets in the way and takes a copy of your stuff for itself?

Its for places like here. If you get an error box with Error: 0x0056432890 detail: 09836354x478464 you can either type it out (and get details wrong) or provide a link to a screenshot. Your 'CTRL V' will not paste an image here. Also, many corporate spam filters remove an email with pictures attached, due to abuse. Easier to send a link. Doesn't fill people sent items and inboxes with huge images (a screenshot can typically be 1920x1280, which is large).
