A company without name and address and some special goal...
By hoping to create magic on disks, we also hope this could bring magic to our own life by creating useful program that we can develote our lifetime on this.
Let's see if the magic works.
We had hat IM-Magic Partition Resizer Pro 2013 on December 5th, 2013. Here are the old reviews:
http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/partition-resizer-pro-2013/
Upon start a funny moving splash screen lets you install a "software informer", if you like...
Denying it loads the disks and shows a simple non resizable screen with the version 2.1.1- Professional edition.
Hmmm, the IM-magic.exe is still the old version 1.1.0 from November 2013. The only new thing is the moving yellow splash screen resizer.exe from August 20th, 2014. This rotating thing wants to write things in the the registry, which my security setting deny:
Key Path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\Cache\Content
A potential threat to network traffic interception or injection has been detected.
After that, the old partition resizer from 2013 is called.
Hmm... no comment.
I did not test, whether the partition resizing or the copy is working. I don't like such tricks...
Uninstalled via reboot.
Does what it claims but MACRORIT DISK PARTITION can do the same and even more for FREE (and it's also PORTABLE):
http://macrorit.com/partition-magic-manager/free-edition.html
As you can see it can extend and even align system partition without REBOOT and, unlike Aomei Partition Assistant FREE EDITION, it's even able to wipe free/unallocated space with no hassle!!
All advanced features usually provided by commercial products.

First of all, not every warning is a real thread. Second (it's true!), too much warnings confuses people and they oversee the real thread. That said, I use a firewall with HIPS : PrivateFirewall 7.0.3.0. IMHO the best free firewall with a strong HIPS.
In the case above, I see no reason, why a "partition resizer" wants to play with my Internet Explorer settings. Not a single reason.
And because we discuss here security questions. I strongly advise a rather unknown software : CryptoPrevent from FoolishIT.com. Something one should have. The free version is sufficient.
To the "negative" side - some programs cannot be installed or run, due to my security setting. When I write in my comment : could not start, it may well be, that my security settings doesn't allow a software to run. Mainly due to the reason, that the software wants to modify protected registry areas, where they don't have anything to do.
Even when I run a virtual system, I keep my basic security settings.
And another freeware, but for the experienced user - one of the best:
MJ registry watcher from Mark Jacobs' Free 32-bit Windows Software. Don't use it, if you are not familiar with the registry. You'll get crazy. LOL.
Well, this was more as I wanted to answer. But security becomes a major issue each year.

There is really no need for a third-party partitioner for Windows 7 or later. The Windows Disk Manager is entirely sufficient and has one enormous advantage over any other product: It is almost guaranteed not to destroy the disk.
I have come upon quite a few cases where Windows became unbootable after using a third-party product to resize the system partition.
Don't make that mistake: If you can't do it with the Windows Disk Manager, don't force the issue by using another product that can do it "better" or "magically". And always remember to backup the entire disk before doing any partition work, just in case.
Installed fine W8.1 x64. Resized a partition without problems.
Downside, no option to create a bootable CD. Other Free Partition managers can do more and create bootable CD's Eg: AOMEI Partition Assistant

THX
