Permette anche di ridimensionare le finestre. Potrete ingrandire o rimpicciolire tutte le finestre come preferirete e navigare in 3 dimensioni: sinistra-destra, su-giù, zoom avanti-indietro.

I apologize that this isn't directly about the software of the day but I think there must be a serious spam or bot problem attacking this site. There is no way there can be so many downvotes so fast, and when people say anything nice about the software of any given day they are almost immediately barraged with downvotes. Yet, no comments at all to corroborate what the problem is. It's almost like someone has it out for this site for some reason. Well, GOTD, I really appreciate the software you provide every day, and I really look favorably on the developers and publishers who participate. I hope it is advantageous for everyone involved. Not everyone is going to have a need for today's app but it does what it says and provides some advanced ways to manage the desktop. Thanks.

No, it doesn't.
Mainly, this tool is meant for tiny little netbooks.
These devices usually offer a fixed resolution of 1024x600, only.
Now, what if (on such a device) the window of an app is bigger or
an app requires a minimium resolution of 1024x768?
168 vertical pixels are missing and therefore you can't reach
some sections of that window,
or the app simply refuses to be started, anyway.

That's when today's tool comes in.
Now, you can extend your desktop without the need of a second monitor.
The only sad thing is that XP users can't use this tool, today,
but maybe this will change in the near future.
Software works fine. The reason there are so many negative votes is that so many people out there give a thumbs down to software if they don't want the software, they don't realise that they are supposed to be voting on the quality and functionality!!!

Nice application for lower resolution netbook and small laptop screens for web surfing BUT...(read on). Also good to cut and paste from multiple documents. But the automatic scroll if you slide the mouse pointer off the screen while scrolling down a window can get to be quite annoying with the screen jumping over - just slightly, enough to make it hard to read and requiring a time consuming adjustment to the other side - BUT the developer did provide a toggle to lock or unlike the screen scrolling - if I recall correctly it was ctrl scrlk. Nice little application once you get the hang of it. I use mine occasionally - it is not something I keep on all of the time.
Now for the bad - I did have some real problems activating the paid version - it required numerous efforts before it 'took'. Plus this is one of those annoying Digital River products that also require you to purchase an extended download option because you only get a loader (installer which does NOT contain the actual program)- and only the program downloaded from the DR site could be unlocked. If you download the trial IT WILL NOT UNLOCK forcing you to pay more than face value for the program and annoy the developer multiple times as you struggle through it. The DR customer service is TERRIBLE = the worst in the industry by far. My experiences were so bad REPEATEDLY that it was enough to go to another tabbed virtual desktop. God help you should you actually buy the program and need to reinstall it - it will NOT happen.
So the program is useful but the overzealous efforts of the developer to protect the program from download and activation should make you look elsewhere. When the developer gives you a self installing download and a key to activate for occasional but inevitable reinstalls then the program might be worthwhile.

Beh, io per evitare l'ho disinstallato visto che veniva segnalato come pericoloso.... mai dire mai, meglio evitare che trovarsi nei casini dopo.. :)
Per E.: Premessa: dubito di essere impedito (Mac a parte, perché non mi piace)... ma se ne sei convinto, contento tu. In ogni caso prima di "offendere o giudicare" la gente... impara a scrivere italiano, poi potremmo riparlarne.
Comunque a me su Windows 7 a 64bit non è andato. Dopo l'installazione, veniva segnalato l'errore "non eseguito correttamente il programma di installazione". Eseguito come Amministratore di sistema, con tutti i permessi attivi su lettura e scrittura. Sarà per il 3way-SLI di GTX580 magari non supportato, o magari conflitto con il driver nVidia, o ancora software in disaccordo.. comunque l'ho disinstallato come non funzionante. Per la segnalazione degli AV, ho preferito rinunciarvi felicemente, falso positivo o meno non vorrei problemi!

x ale: purtroppo alcune tecniche nuove degli antivirus come la scansione proattiva danno molti falsi postivi e il comportamento di certi software possono dare tali falsi anche coi migliori antivirus
il produttore del software offerto oggi è serio, puoi verificarlo con qualsiasi software di valutazione dei siti web tipo il free wot.

Basta scegliere certe risoluzioni dello schermo... sul mio portatile funziona. Sempre che si voglia un desktop espanso, a me non piace, ma per certi programmi può essere utile, quindi se necessario lo imposto, quando non necessario torno alla risoluzione normale!

Fatto analizzare il file di installazione da virustotal, 43 antivirus hanno dato esito negativo (nessun virus presente). Sull'utilità, beh ognuno valuti da se ...

Ho usato molti programmi GAOTD, mai commentato ma ora.... lo voglio fare.
Installato ed attivato.
Su Vista basic 32bit non va, necessita funzione AERO che non c'è, e AVG Free lo segnala come virus di alta pericolosità. Idem su Vista pro 32bit e Kaspersky 2012 (non va, anche con AERO e segnala virus). Windows 7 64bit, come sopra. XP professional 32bit, ho fatto un tentativo, medesimo risultato. Tutti sistemi operativi aggiornati all'aggiornamento più recente, ed originalissimi.
DISINSTALLATO IMMEDIATAMENTE E FATTA PULIZIA ANTIVIRUS SU TUTTI I PC. NEGATIVO AL MASSIMO!!! Fate molta attenzione!
