Simpler to just use Calibre! It converts BOTH WAYS and organizes and reads all your eBooks!

Everyone & their brother has Calibre and uses it regularly if they work with ebooks so, no Epubor, your tool is not easier to use.

What a waste of time. Forever to download, had to bypass nag screen about FB, got the reg code, then couldn't find the program, finally found it and tried to open the .exe and got an error that the download was damaged and to contact the place I got it from. I've wasted so much time on this and now I am late for work and don't have any more time to screw around with this. I'm so disappointed, I really wanted it to work.

I know there are going to be a million comments saying how awesome--and free--Calibre is for accomplishing this task, and I certainly agree that Calibre is an awesome--and free--program.
But it also does a million things--a bunch of formats, plus ebook management, plus a reader. And I recently discovered that for some tasks--CBR and CBZ to PDF, a more specialized program called--wait for it---CBR and CBZ to PDF, does the job in a FRACTION of the time that Calibre does. Which wouldn't be all that shocking--a program designed to do one thing doing it better than a program designed to do a million things.
So, I won't have a chance to check this out myself for several hours, but I hope others do and give them a comparison test in order to see whether it warrants all the thumbs down its gotten so far.

Or you could just use WinRAR to uncompress the CBR & CBZ formats to their graphic images, and run them through Adobe Acrobat, or just read them through your picture viewer. There has to be lots of freeware stuff out there that make the PDF format also.
There's your pdf - done.
Also - the .epub format is a compressed HTML. Change the .epub extension to .zip - uncompress - & you now have a html book. Same thing again with a freeware PDF converter.

Downloaded and installed on Win 7 64 fast computer with lots of RAM. It took 20 minutes to download and install, and I have fast internet. Tried first book and ten minutes later it was still trying to load it. Uninstalled and cleaned out. Tried EPubor Ultimate, which I have had since 2013, and it was zip zap zor - done in seconds. What is with this EPub to Kindle?
