Hello GOTD, it would be nice if you could state your license policy explicitly. Such as the default is lifetime unless stated otherwise.
This has been the calling of many of your followers time and time again. For example, if the developer is offering FREE a trial in their web site, then if GOTD is providing the software in similar term, then it is not a "giveaway" from GOTD. Thank you.

......and the licence is for how long ?
GOTD should make it mandatory that developers state this when offering their products.
Some develpers do, but most do not.

John H,
I second your polite request.
I have noticed that SharewareonSale always specifies the length of their givaways.
So could GOTD, if they wanted to respond positively to our requests, and thus become a more user-friendly giveaway site.

I really wanted to like this program. Following the readme, I located the registration code on the right, halfway down the page of world cup rah rah.
I have the Dimo MKV converter which I used once but keep on hand. So I knew what I was getting. I did only a simple test - I'll leave it to the numbers guys to wring out the formats, codex and so forth. Down load from YouTube was fast, but a speed test before and after indicated that I was getting 400 mps service this early morning. Fast is relative and I certainly remember the days not so long ago that speed was a real issue for me. I did a quick trim which used the common sliders. I did not test ISO, casting or video effects.
My beef is that I cannot make my download and work folders stick. I have to enter my choice every time. That's a no go for me - just way too many clicks needed every time. I'll continue using "Any Video Converter" and "Format Factory" as my gotos.

Dimo registration is more like a scavenger hunt on their website. I thought World Cup was last year? Scroll down slowly and look for "Giveaway" about 3/4 down right hand side.
Amazed at how similar this looks to AVC. But looks only.
