It is available in a portable archive onthe same page. It's incorrect programming practice to create a file converter tool that requires the end user to have administrator priviliges just to run the program... it suggests the developer has placed files and settings that need to be writable into protected locations rather than limited user writable locations. That sort of behaviour should have vanished with the advent of Windows Vista!
Obviously much like most GAOTD visitors I do not use any Quicken accounting software solutions so cannot evaluate the functionality of this but the system requirements published here OR those published on their product download page are incorrect either due to incompetence or marketin apearance of the innovativeness of the product. I am not qulaified to accurately discern which.

TK, the portable version of this program is not truely portable because it stores the ini files and registration data in files in the users %AppData%\ProperSoft folder heirachy so you'd need to activate it on every machine you take the portable USB stick to... and it will leave your configuration files behind.

Could someone a propersoft please explain why you have an "Edit" menu entry in the menu bar and no child entries associated with it like cut/copy/paste/delete/select all? Editable entries DO have context menu Edit operation entries but the Edit menu itself is empty!
