I took this giveaway a few months ago.
It's been a fabulous background to my desktop ever since.
The cloud overlay is very handy, I can see hurricanes menacing
the Atlantic, and typhoons over the east china sea.
It's not a perfect tool, but it is a very neat handy looking tool.
I am pleased that Crave's world clock does not take over the desktop - it shares it well with Fences and Listary (a previous giveawayoftheday offer)

Suggested improvement 1 - give an option of a globe of sunlit areas could be handy when you look at the desktop - if you did not want the stretched planet in a Mercator projection (because you do live on a globe, not a flat square surface) you might have some options that rudely depict a different projection.

Suggested improvement 2 - show states or nations outlined that have daylight saving.
Suggested improvement 3- show where there may be solar or lunar eclipses visible.

I downloaded it last time too, looks lovely and easy see the current time all around the world and shows the areas in daytime and nighttime,
so useful now and again
Hardly give away of the year ,but nice enough for free.

To people giving it the thumbs down ,well you cannot expect exactly what you want every day , 365 times a year
so no need to be mean-spirited.

Thanks for a fantastic program it`s been well known amongst amateur
radio operators for many years back to the old dos days.Often known
as a "DX window or Twilight Zone map"it helps us determine the best
frequencies to use for communication to selected parts of the world
at what time of day.Maybe one day you might try some SSTV or PSK31

Read the instructions, folks. You can include your own location if it's not in the list of choices. Here's how (from the instructions): "To Add a new city, type in the details (city name, longitude, latitude, UTC offset) for the city and press Add new City button. If you want to modify time zone settings for any of the existing cities then select the city from list. Once you select the city, time zone data for the city will appear in the edit panel. You can then modify the settings and click Save Selected City Details button." The only thing I see missing is setting up Daylight Saving Time for your own addition.
