This appears not to have been updated for at least the past 5 years, not something particularly sensible where paid-for commercialware is concerned when up against freeware competition. I have been using picpick portable. Does scrolling, window, full screen and selected portion. Also has editing capabilites, as well as saving the capture in various formats It is free.

Is this better in some way? I am kind of spoiled, as picpick works so well.
