Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system. On my system it installs a correct 64 bit task.
A company without name and address, but a certificate of Vadim Belov.
Activation via online access.
This is the basic version. The differences to the "professional" version are :
Ability to wake up computer from hibernation/standby before starting a task;
Several shortcuts for each task. All shortcuts executed one by one;
Control statements which allows evaluating a sequence of shortcuts when condition is true and evaluating a different sequence of shortcuts when condition is not true;
Several schedules for each task. Task is executed when one of the schedule types is triggered;
Complex schedule types when each schedule type includes all previous schedule types. For example Daily schedule type includes Hourly schedule type which allows you to run your task hourly only in specified days;
Can be installed as Windows Service;
A resizable window opens (but the select path window cannot be resized. Should for long path!) Old fashioned in Win XP mode. You can define a task via different choices. This needs a little training, but in my case it works without problems. For those, who like to define repeating tasks a simple solution. Missing the important point to wake up the computer. This is reserved for the professional version.
Makes a good impression.
I have no real use for this... ... reboot.

my suggestion may sound crazy to many of you:
Since uncountable years I use "nnCronLite", which is inspired by the Linux "cron" service. It is just a few KB in size and I appreciate that it consumes VERY(!!!) lite of your ram.
An it is free.
Though it is rather old, it runs well in Windows 7 ,32 Bit. (If in 64 bit I don´t NOT know - and I doubt...)
Setting up nnCron for your first tasks may be a little bit difficult to understand, but for it follows straight forward rules, you will soon appreciate it´s amazing power - only limited by your fantasy: run all tools that you already have, instead of inventing the wheel again...
To me it´s by far the best scheduler!

This is a rather large install file for such a limited function. Maybe I'm missing something? Check out this one that is portable and under 1 MB in size...

Or this one that is just under 2 MB and recommended by Gizmo..
