Registration is too complicated for a video converter that appears to be way too common and with tons of free alternatives.
send me an email for this and send me an email for that OMG!!!I couldn't even paste the registration code. Couldn't be bothered trying to type it in.
I got fed up trying to register it and uninstalled.

Leigh Campbell, also agree. Code arrived at around 55 seconds (you get 60 to activate).
2 major problems with this software:
1. no hardware acceleration as far as I could tell
2. takes up too many system resources
I loaded a 429 mb file and watched the 'time left' as it counted down. After a short amount of time the countdown returned to 0, as if it gave up counting as it would be too long.
Trying to load the Task Manager to see what was going on it didn't load, nor could I load anything else while the program was running.
Wanting to be fair (I was trying to convert a 4k video) I loaded the same into my go-to converter. It also used a lot of resources but I had no problem loading other programs while it was running, and it took only 30 seconds to perform the converter.
Lastly, as they note: IMPORTANT: Don’t worry if you’re not able to register the software... Seriously, why would make the registration so complicated (they're not the only ones who do this), that you need to say this. You should only have to enter a registration code and that's it.

Sorry, but there are enough video converter programs out there to try this one for one year.
Not knowing what windows settings you may alter or codec files you may install or change with this software, and being possibly left high and dry when the license expires leaves me unconvinced to try yet another one and potentially mess up settings or codecs affecting what I'm already using, which wouldn't be apparent until the license expires.
I haven't even visited the company website, so I'm unclear, do you SELL your software or license it yearly? I wouldn't pay yearly for a software of this type regardless of how good it is; like I said, there is plenty of good competitive products out there in this category.
And if you do sell permanent licenses, then trust us to give the software a fair trial, and then pay if you make an upgrade that would improve the product; we will do that if the software is effective.
As it is, I will surely pass on this offering.
