The readme file gives a link which you have to copy and paste.
On this page you have to complete an email.
Once the email has been filled in and press send get a a download pop-up for a zip file of the LUTs.
These LUTs are a .cube file format and should be used with a number of image and video making programmes. You have to confirm if you have a programme which uses this format of LUT. Below just a few examples.

For me, look up tables are data areas in Excel, where you look up related values (area number, customer number, etc). Can't fathom how these relate to images and effects...

Works in a similar way, the software uses it change certain colour, luminance values from the original image values to the new ones from the LUT to produce a desired effect.
