This is pretty good note taking software. I do wish it allowed the creation of sub-nodes though.
#2 Barry, I am a bit perplexed at why you would comment on a product that you didn't bother to try just to say that you've already got One Note in Office. You're not being asked to spend $29 as this is free and also includes a discount for those interested in purchasing it. This also includes updates for a specified period of time which is usually not the case with giveaways.
I could see if you'd tried it and didn't find it worth it but you haven't so it's pointless. People who cannot afford to buy Office may find it beneficial. I have One Note and I may get around to making use of it one day, but this software is easy to use.
It's certainly worth giving it a try if anyone is looking for note taking software. My experience with the developer has been pretty positive as he responds to questions I have had and suggestions that I've made.
This GAOTD is an excellent NOTES ORGANIZER software desgned to help users take notes in a tree structure with ease!!
It sports an impressive array of features and has everything a note organizer should have:

Well, under Tools, open Settings and mark "Load last-used document at startup".
It all depends on what you need in note taking software. I do use Evernote, but I prefer FlashNote, which is a nice simple note taking app and perfect for development notes. NoteItDown is also worth considering if you like simple. Both are free.

Aml Pages looks to have enough features, but is a little too messy for me. But I`m sure its a great giveaway for some.
@ #3 - Justine ... it looks like you can create a folder under other folders, various levels deep, and then you can create notes under those folders...

Non voglio nemmeno provarlo su sandboxie...se proprio necessitate di un software simile per salvare note e pagine intenet consiglio evernote free mentre per i post it windows fornisce l'utilissimo sticky notes fra gli accessori!

Grazie... se volessimo incasinarci la vita sapremmo farlo da soli senza questi software... non credete? Ho visto gli screenshot e sinceramente mi è venuta la confusione in testa... altro che organizzare... qui si tratta di distruggere quel poco di ordine mentale che ci rimane... I Post-It dovrebbero essere semplici e facilmente annotabili... invece qui vedo addirittura un word processor per scrivere 2 semplici note.... pollice giù!
